With a Neighborhood Finance Corporation’s Advantage Purchase loan, a homebuyer may receive up to $2,500 in subsidized closing costs and up to $10,000 in subsidized renovation loans.

Other programs that may be available for eligible homebuyers:

• $10,500 Neighborhood Reinvest – a deferred loan through NFC’s own down payment program

• $10,000 Energy Advantage – a deferred loan to make energy improvements

• $7,500 Home$tart – a forgivable loan through the Federal Home Loan Bank

• $15,000 or $10,500 Journey to Homeownership – a deferred loan down payment program for eligible Black/African American homebuyers
